From June 5 to 7, 2026, Lefkada welcomed 71 Porsche vehicles and more than 140 participants for the 2nd International Porsche Club Road Tour and the celebration of Porsche Club Greece’s 23rd anniversary.
Participants travelled from seven European countries—Greece, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, Serbia, Bulgaria and North Macedonia—for a three-day journey combining automotive heritage, carefully designed driving routes and premium experiences across Lefkada and the Ionian Sea.
Giovanti Travel undertook the end-to-end planning and operational coordination of the event, managing its complex logistical requirements and creating a seamless experience for participants throughout the weekend.
Precision Behind Every Journey
Organizing an international road tour for 71 high-performance and collectible vehicles required detailed preparation, close coordination and real-time operational support.
As the event’s destination management partner, Giovanti Travel coordinated every element of the programme—from route planning, accommodation and hospitality to local partnerships, security requirements and participant movements.
The result was a carefully curated itinerary that showcased Lefkada through its landscapes, local culture, gastronomy and connection to the Ionian Sea.
Driving Through the Heart of Lefkada
The programme began with a scenic drive through Lefkada’s mountainous interior. The route was designed to offer participants an engaging driving experience while introducing them to a less familiar side of the island, beyond its famous beaches.
The drive concluded at Lefkaditiki Gi winery, where guests enjoyed a cultural and wine-tasting experience centred on the island’s winemaking traditions and local character.
A Seaside Experience at Kathisma Beach
The tour continued with a seaside lunch at Kathisma Beach, one of Lefkada’s most iconic coastal locations.
Combining the island’s summer atmosphere with premium hospitality, the experience gave participants time to relax, connect with fellow Porsche enthusiasts and enjoy one of the most striking settings on Lefkada’s western coast.
Porsche Parade and Anniversary Celebration
A highlight of the weekend was the public presentation of the participating vehicles in Lefkada Town. Historic, collectible and contemporary Porsche models came together in an impressive display that attracted the attention of residents and visitors.
Among the most distinctive exhibits was a rare vintage Porsche tractor, which quickly became one of the most photographed vehicles of the event.
The programme continued with the official celebration of Porsche Club Greece’s 23rd anniversary, organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Lefkada, before concluding with an elegant gala dinner.
From the Open Road to the Ionian Sea
For the final experience of the tour, participants left the road behind and boarded a privately chartered cruise from Lefkada to Kefalonia.
The itinerary included secluded swimming stops, onboard dining and a live DJ set, creating a fitting finale to a weekend devoted to exploration, shared experiences and a passion for exceptional journeys.
